Astech Projects are a specialist Engineering and Science based company supplying advanced automated systems to a world wide customer base. We specialise in robotic applications supplying next generation technology to the most respected corporations in the world. We have dedicated groups specialising in Drug Delivery Automation (DDA), Consumer Goods Testing (CGT), Laboratory Automation and Special Applications. We also offer a comprehensive system support package called REACTS® providing peace of mind for the lifetime of your system.
Established in 1995, Astech has grown consistently to become a leading automation company. We hold ISO-9001 and TickIT accreditation and undergo regular customer and third party quality audits. All design, manufacturing, software development and testing activities are undertaken at our specialist facility in Cheshire, UK. From here systems are shipped, installed and maintained world wide.
Drug Delivery Automation
Astech are recognised as one of the world leaders in automated drug delivery testing with an unsurpassed portfolio of next generation solutions for the major pharmacopoeia tests in Respiratory, Solid Dose and Injectables. Astech’s systems are of the highest quality seen in this industry and are fully validated in line with EU, US FDA and ROW regulatory requirements. Our systems are modular, scalable and designed to allow easy incorporation of different drug delivery devices.
Consumer Goods Testing
Astech offer scalable solutions for testing a wide range of consumer health care products and fast moving consumer goods. Solutions include automated testing platforms for OTC medicines, personal care products and household products.
Laboratory Automation
Whatever your needs, Astech can develop a bespoke automated solution for you. We are recognised throughout the industry for our innovative design capability and our ability to produce fully automated solutions for complex, previously un-automated applications. Example applications include High Throughput Formulation Science, Vaccine Potency Preparation & Testing, Forced Degradation, Microbiological Urine Analysis, Water Testing & Analysis Systems and Bioscience. We employ the latest 3D modelling and Proof of Concept techniques so that you can visualise and influence the design of your system before manufacture and installation commence.
Special Applications
Our special applications group focuses on custom robotic applications and nuclear industry projects. We develop many varied, novel automation applications for our customers. Our Project Managers work to a Prince 2 based quality management system ensuring the entire development process is actively managed from start to finish.
REACTS®
REACTS® is our servicing and support group. We offer a premium service to our customers, ensuring the longevity of their systems and carefree operation for many years to come. Agreements are available for UK, European, US and beyond.
