ASTECH Projects are an Engineering and Science based company who specialise in the supply of advanced automated systems, particularly robotic systems. ASTECH design, build, test and commission automated systems for a wide range of applications. Key areas include:

Drug Delivery Automation

ASTECH are recognized as one of the World leaders in Drug Delivery Testing Automation with an unsurpassed portfolio of next generation solutions for the major pharmacopoeia tests in Respiratory, Solid Dose and Injectables. ASTECH’s systems are of the highest quality seen in this industry and are as expected fully validated in line with EU, US FDA and ROW regulatory requirements. Our systems are modular and are designed to allow easy integration with each customer’s unique products.

HTT

ASTECH are renowned throughout the HTT industry for our innovative approach to projects and inspiring next generation solutions. ASTECH are one of only a handful of companies worldwide that have proven state of the art technology already generating results and data in both the HTFS and HTE industries. Our systems are supplied as fully integrated platforms including all the necessary HTT experimentation/control software and hardware.

Special Applications

Our Special Applications group concentrates on the many varied and challenging novel automation applications that come to ASTECH. This group should really be called “never been attempted” or “never been done before” applications as this is often the remit they work too.

Within this group is our Nuclear Automation department with expert skills in Prince 2 Project Management, De-Commissioning, Automated Waste Management, Radiation Hardened Manipulators and Robotic Inspection Systems to name but a few. ASTECH have a dedicated Nuclear Automation Area for extensive Pre deployment automation trials before any final on site commissioning takes place.
