Astech Projects will Exhibit at PPMA 2011

Astech Projects will be taking part in this year's PPMA show at the Birmingham NEC on September 27th – 29th.

We are an engineering company providing bespoke robotics and automation systems. Astech specialise in delivering innovative process and packaging solutions to the highly regulated industry sectors, including Healthcare, FMCG, Aerospace and more.

In recognition of our achievements, Astech were honoured in 2009, with the Queen's Award for Enterprise: Innovation.

We will be at stand E85 each day from 10am to 5pm (4pm finish Thursday). On our stand will be a Motoman SD20D twin arm robot (a torso style robot featuring fifteen axes of movement, seven in each arm and one in the waist), together with two special Festo bionic fin grippers (a next generation gripper design which took inspiration from the movements of a fish's tail fin). The robot and gripper combination will dispense Astech branded golf balls on demand for customers to take away.
