ASTECH’s bespoke automation solutions can be developed
in one of two ways:
Firstly, ASTECH systems can incorporate the world's leading semi
automated laboratory equipment including auto samplers, scientific
instruments, powder dispensers etc. with our own high specification
robotic arms and compact handling equipment. Alternatively, where
suitable off the shelf semi automated systems are not available
for incorporation into your system solution, ASTECH will design,
develop and deliver a system from conception. Our areas of expertise
include Water, Chemical, PetroChem, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences.
ASTECH systems are delivered with our unique scheduling and state
engine control software, providing dynamic scheduling, real time
control and high quality system interfacing. Our software solutions
provide the perfect tool for you to manage and optimise the performance
of your ASTECH system.
Mechanical design of your system is undertaken using a combination
of the latest 3D design tools. This allows the customer to visualise
what their system will look like well before manufacture commences.
Where your system development requires the implementation of
technology not available off the shelf, ASTECH can undertake prototyping,
or proof of concept work to develop a suitable technique for incorporation
into your system solution. This allows the key stages of your
system process to be proven and optimised prior to full system
development.
